Cancellation / No Show Policy

*Your appointments are especially important to “SPA De PARIS” and reserved especially for you. We understand that, at times, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice for cancellations.

*Please understand that when you forget to or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Guests on our waiting list will then miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed by email or text through “Schedulicity” 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you previously booked.

In the past we did not charge if you no showed or no call and then we started to receive more and more no shows so we decided to change the rules, if you no-show no call we are going to charge 50% of the total services booked. We are now requiring a credit card on file to hold all appointments and if it is several services for 2 or more people, we are now requiring a 50% deposit at the time of booking.

*Excepting Couple massage we will just required credit card on file.

*“NO SHOWS-NO CALL” will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

*Multiple services with multiple Spa Days require 50% deposit and if you do not cancel 24 hours in advance will lose the reserved deposit amount .

*Discount Packages 3 X for $180 or $240 Cancellation less than 24-hour notice will lose one service and it will result in the forfeit of 5 STARS MEMBER.

*Exceptions are made if it is an emergency, and you call and explain the situation.
